Jonathan Atwell, Lead Pastor
Pastor Jonathan has a passion for building strong, ambitions families who understand their place and purpose in the incredible story of God. Jonathan Atwell has served as Lead Pastor of CrossRoads Church since 2003 when he graduated with his Masters in Divinity from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth. Jonathan grew up in this area and graduated from Richland High School in 1993. He and his wife, Shelly, have been married since 1997. Jonathan has served in pastoral roles with adults and teenagers for over twenty years.
Pete Canales, Executive Pastor
Pete brings his gifts of leadership and service along with his experience in church finance to help serve the church as the Executive Pastor. He started as the Youth Pastor in 2014 and continues to minister to CrossRoads’ families, staff, and volunteers. Pete has also been in the military reserves since 1999 and desires to continue his reserve career as a reserve chaplain. Pete and his wife Ann married in 2004, have three children, Abigail, Sierra, and Joshua, and he anticipates completing his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in the Spring of 2017.
Dusty Marshall, Family Pastor
Our Family Pastor, Dusty Marshall, believes the key to great families is helping men lead their families in strength and love. Dusty has served at CrossRoads since Fall 2012. He and his family moved to the metroplex from New Mexico where he served as a pastor and collegiate ministry director at a local college. Dusty and his wife, Elizabeth, are both currently attending Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth as they raise their children Collin and RaeLynn.
